S.T.A.R.S. Service Corporation, a newly formed non-profit organization, has formally begun setting up operations to provide assistance for the socio-economic and educational development of improverished urban communities. S.T.A.R.S. is an acronym that means "Strength Through Action, Resources, and Scholarship." The non-profit organization is under the direction of several members of Germantown Alumni.
