Welcome Letter

Brothers All:
As we continue on with the legacy of Kappa Alpha Psi, We must embrace a new future and continuation of Germantown Alumni Chapter. As your Polemarch, I would like to begin first by thanking you for allowing me to continue serving you.  Our theme for this year is Inspiring Excellence through Achievement.  As we embrace the transition of our 32nd Grand Polemarch, Bro. Randy Bates, 100 Years and Building: The Legacy Continues.  We are going to focus on seven common core goals for this year.  They are to I.N.S.P.I.R.E:

1. To Inspire Excellence through Service to the community
2. To Navigate Change and empower others to be the best in their endeavors
3. To Serve as Servant Leaders
4. To Promote national, provincial, and chapter initiatives to the fullest extent
5. To Innovate youth with support and their leadership growth
6. To Realign the structure of chapter operations to be more efficient and translucent
7. To Establish a trademark/brand that can spear an annual event maker for the chapter

We have hard work to do, and heavy loads to lift my Brothers. It is with the dedication that we take on the torch of serving others and reclaim the victory of being a S.T.A.R. quality organization. The letters that we wear should not be worn in vain, nor should we allow others to serve as a beacon of light in our community without taking our stand. As we witness daily our children are our highest need of service. It is with Kappa Alpha Psi that we serve until we die.
We must set our path for achieving higher altitudes. Our altitude is our dedication, justified by Achievements. With our Bond, we can accelerate with willful determination and achieve the unattainable.
